Update!

A rat. Yes, it’s only a rat. A cosy grey rat with a long tale. It’s nothing to care about, and I cant wake Melissa about it, then she will scream and wake you all up there in Norway.

Soo looking like a drunk Zombie, I was watching over our luggage while Melissa is sleeping on the nice, soft chairs that once was black. Really, she’s was sleeping everywhere, and I.. Yeah. I was sitting with my rats. So then we moved to some other chairs. And I watched over the suitcases. Again. Because Melissa Slept. Again.

Actually it didn’t help that she slept, anywhere, anyhow. I had to make a list over Melissa’s “cool behavior”
1. Going on the man’s toilet
2. Talking while she’s sleeping
3. And actually.. She really thinks that she can walk through doors of glass.

But
Right now, we’re stucked in a blue room with open windows and lots of dogs yelling outside.

We can’t go out because then all the screaming people will throw stones or something at us. No, we haven’t done any wrong (besides going on man’s toilet), it’s just a lot of violence in Siliguri nowadays. You can call it a mini-war. Or maybe a mini-mini war.

Anyway, today we were at the Sikkim-house to get special permission to go to Sikkim, which is a restricted area. There we will travel all by ourselves, lost in an unknown place with unknown people with an unknown language.
Yeah.

Because there is a strike of political reasons, we couldn’t take the private cab to Gangtok, so we wanted to take the helicopter instead. But the waiting list was waaay to long. So then we wanted to shop in a marked, but we never came there. All the stores were closed and we couldn’t take the main road back, because of this mini mini war.

Since we’re not able to take the helicopter, we’ll do paragliding in Jorthang. Sandra’s dad said that there have been no accidents so far, so it should be safe. And then Andrew said that the paragliding-thing started just a few months ago.
Thanks Andrew.

So.. We’re sitting stuck in a blue room, with open windows and with a lot of yelling dogs outside. Yes; so, that’s our lives right now. We like India, the people and the freedom. And least, but last, we LOVE the safety around here.

So here we are in Oslo...

Hello. Melissa here. Help me out of this. Somebody please. I think I need to escape, right now.

...Sandra here. She's just kidding.

Allright then. It was a joke. If I say it's not a joke, she will hit me.

Yeah. She's right.

Okey! Greetings from the Big City (Oslo, Norway), day 1.

Life is great. Today we were at the embassy of the United States of America. Quite scary. I think one of the guys there flirted with Sandra. He smiled and blinked. Maybe he was blind.

No, she's kidding. Again. He wasn't blind.

Anyway. Melissa showed that she don't know the differences between her right and left hand. So yeah, She has to be glad that I'm with her to the great New York City!

And...... we've been window-shopping in Oslo! Well, we didn't bought windows...but you know..

And we've prepeared for The American Life on "Fridays" with MY friends (Melissa don't have any friends). We had a nice dinner.

Sandra is a jerk. (Actually, I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RIGHT AND LEFT, it was just the mad woman at the embassy who confused me, that's all).

(She's kidding. Again)

Well, here's some pictures from our first day of The Journey Of Our Lives.
